Shipping Options and Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 per order for all U.S. domestic shipments, with optional upgraded shipping services available at additional cost. We ship UPS Ground or USPS depending on the size and weight of the package.

• Standard Shipping: $10 per order, covering all U.S. deliveries.

• Upgraded Shipping: If Available, it is at checkout with higher rates for faster delivery. Note: Upgraded shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes—please provide a physical address if selecting this option.

Free Shipping: Offered on select U.S. domestic orders, subject to promotional terms displayed at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Express Shipping: Not available at this time. Only standard and upgraded shipping options are offered.

Order Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from our fulfillment center, excluding weekends and holidays. Exceptions include:

• Pre-Order Products: Orders with pre-order items ship when all items are available, with processing times noted on product pages.

• High Demand Periods: During holidays or peak seasons, an additional 1-2 business days may be added to standard processing times due to increased volume.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you don’t see this email within 1-2 business days of shipping, check your spam folder or contact us at info@dalisupplements.com.

• Standard Shipping ($10): Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2-8 business days after shipping, though delays may occur due to holiday volume, weather, or carrier issues.

Order Protection

We offer optional Order Protection on every order for an additional fee, ensuring your shipment is covered during transit. If you opt out of Order Protection, Dali Supplements is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after dispatch. Claims for protected orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery with proof (e.g., photos of damage).

International Shipping

We currently do not ship international countries. When we start to offer we will ship to most countries, with rates varying by territory and displayed at checkout.

• Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping fees, plus any duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.

• Times: International delivery varies based on the selected service and customs processing, typically ranging from 5-20 business days. Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Order Modifications

To modify your order (e.g., shipping address, items), contact us at info@dalisupplements.com as soon as possible after placing it. Modifications are not possible once the order is processed or fulfilled (typically within 1-3 business days). We’ll do our best to assist before shipping occurs.

General Terms

• Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided via email upon shipment. Contact us if tracking issues arise.

• Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen events (e.g., strikes).

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Without Order Protection, liability ends once the order is tendered to the carrier. With protection, we’ll assist with claims per the terms above.

• Subject to Change: Shipping rates, processing times, and options may be updated without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your order applies.
